YouTube Dashboard & Report Update - New Look & More Metrics

YouTube Platform

Great news! Our social integrations overhaul is proceeding right on schedule. Hot on the heels of our recent Instagram and Facebook overhauls, today we've released an update for our YouTube integration. This update modernizes the look of the integration, to bring it in line with Instagram and Facebook, and also rolls out brand new YouTube metrics for your client reporting.

As a reminder, the old version provided simple charts with Views, Likes, and Dislikes, and then a text based list of videos underneath:

The new version starts with an "Overview" tab that breaks down Gained/Lost subscribers over time, as well as total views, average view duration, and estimated minutes watched over time:

… then continues further down the page with a breakdown of videos published:

…and total views by date:

That's a huge increase in available metrics by itself!

But we didn't stop there. If you click over to the "Engagement tab", you'll find multiple graphs comparing total likes to total dislikes, as well as comments and shares over time:

Next, find out who's watching your videos in the "Demographics" tab, where your viewers are broken down by Age, Gender, Location, and Device:

Finally, in a huge visual improvement over the old "videos list", you can now navigate to the "Videos" tab to see videos in either a "Feed" format…

…or in a version of the old "List" format that now includes a screen capture of each video:

Of course, as always, you can immediately update your scheduled PDF reports to include this wealth of new data:

And choose exactly which of these new sections your client users should have access to from your marketing dashboard:

We hope that you AND your customers love the new look and the metrics now available for our YouTube integration. Similar updates for LinkedIn and Twitter are coming down the pike before the end of summer!
