We've just pushed out more updates to our local integrations!
These changes will be very handy if you manage location-based clients: You can now see your Google My Business posts, and pull in all listings data from Yext and BirdEye.
Let's take a quick look at these new features now!
Google My Business Posts Update
First up, if you've connected Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) insights and reviews, you'll now see a brand new "Posts" dashboard available.
This dashboard will show you all posts made within your chosen date range.
You'll also see each post's status (to keep tabs on whether posts are live or not), plus a clear breakdown of the post type.
As well as viewing your posts in a table (like in the screenshot above), you can also switch to a newsfeed-style list with more focus on your images.
Yext & BirdEye Listings Update
Along with our Google My Business update, we've also added some new features for Yext and BirdEye:
You'll now see listings data for each of those integrations!
Simply navigate to your Yext or BirdEye dashboard, and click the "Listings" option at the top of your screen. We'll show all of your listings, including the listing's status, and the exact URL of the listing (it's clickable too).
And, just like with our Google My Business posts dashboard, you can choose to view an image-focused feed, or switch to a sortable table view via the buttons at the top right.
We've also added some brand new Yext listings widgets. These including stat, sparkline, and line chart widgets detailing your new listings, and a pie chart breakdown of listing status. You can easily find these by searching for "yext listing" when adding new widgets.
Don't forget that you can easily add all of the above data to your client reports too. If your agency manages location-based clients, dive in now and update their automated reports.
