When working with a client, it’s essential to clearly define goals and set performance targets.
With the new Goals widget, you can easily showcase how your marketing efforts come together to help your clients succeed.
Our Enterprise users can now use Goals to create targets specific to each client, building transparency and reducing churn.
Let's dig in to see how to set this all up!
Creating a Goal
The first step to creating your Goal is to head over to the Goals tab in your campaign's settings area.
Next, fill out the Name, Interval, and Description.
The Metric area is where all the fun happens. Pick from the list of integrations, choose the metric you want to set a goal around, and then choose the operator (such as less than, equal to, or greater than).
Voila - your Goal is now created and ready to use in your dashboards and reports!
Use these goals to track advertising conversions, phone calls, or even pace the PPC budget for your clients' campaigns!
Adding Your Goal To A Dashboard or Report
To add the new Goal widget to your dashboard or report, open up the respective editor.
From there, you can add a widget as normal, select Misc and then Goal.
Your widget then appears, either displaying a red or green bar - depending on whether you're on or off track!
Combine with Custom Metrics
While not available yet, you will soon be able to set a goal for a Custom Metric that you created yourself. If you missed it, we released Custom Metrics for our Enterprise customers earlier this month!
Stay tuned for more functional and aesthetic updates to our platform in the coming months!
