Facebook Ads and Email Integration Updates

We've got more updates coming your way today!

If you use Facebook Ads, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign, read on to see what's new in your Facebook Ads dashboards and reports.

Facebook Ads update

First up, we've added an image showing your Facebook Ads creative. Just go to your Facebook Ads > Ads dashboard and you'll see those images in an icon inside your tables:

These can also be shown in your Facebook Ads report tables, to give your customers a visual overview of each ad you've created.

Email Integration Update

Along with Facebook Ads, we've added a lot of new widgets for our email integrations.

For our MailChimp integration, we've added a bar graph for Top Link Clicks, sparkline widgets covering Opens and Clicks, and some new MailChimp list stat widgets covering Campaigns, Unsubscribes, Average Subscribe Rate, and Average Unsubscribe Rate.

Plus, we've got a huge range of new MailChimp email campaign stat widgets, including:

  • Bounce Rate

  • Clicks

  • Subscriber Clicks

  • Unsubscribes

  • Opens

  • Orders

  • Average Order

  • Total Revenue

  • Total Spent

You can see all of these new widgets on your MailChimp dashboards right now (just click the settings slider to enable those stat widgets). You can also add them to any custom dashboard or report.

If you're using Constant Contact, you'll also notice some new widgets on your dashboards. We've added stat widgets covering Bounces, Sends, Spam Count, and Forwards.

For your Constant Contact Sends metric, you'll also find a new line chart, bar chart, and sparkline option. Like with MailChimp, these new widgets are available on your custom dashboards and for your client reports.

Our final update for this week covers ActiveCampaign, where we've also added some new widgets! Specifically, we've added stat widgets covering your Opens and Bounces. Like with the other updates, these are available for your dashboards and reports.

All of these new features are live in your account right now. If you don't see them, just refresh your web browser.

Thanks to everyone who requested these updates! We're hard at work implementing some more feature suggestions, so keep an eye on our blog for more news soon.

As always, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any questions, or leave a comment below!
