If possible, consider occasional in-person meetings or retreats. Even if it’s only once a year, having that face-to-face time can help deepen relationships among colleagues.

Don’t forget to reinforce your company culture. Just because your remote doesn’t mean culture goes out the virtual window.
Use project management tools to keep everyone on track.
Encourage open communication and collaboration.
Make sure everyone has the same access to information and resources.
Celebrate successes and milestones together, even if you're not in the same location.
Embrace flexibility. Different people are most productive at different times.
Make cameras optional sometimes. Not everyone wants or needs to be camera ready for every single meeting.
Finally, it’s important to remember that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to remote work tools. The best way to find the right tools for your team is to experiment and see what works best for you, your agency, and your employees, saving time and improving your agency’s workflow.
And don't forget to keep communication open–whether you're using Slack, Intercom, or another communication tool, make sure everyone on your team is on the same page.
